extremely well organized. Lodging was nice and included breakfast, it was conveniently located so walking to shops and restaurants was very easy. Transport between each location was also well organized and smoothly executed. Highlights for me included the Athens food tour, and exploring the Acropolis.
the Anglo-Zulu War had always fascinated me, so I eagerly looked forward to that part
of the trip. Cape Town was an engaging city with so much to see. Rafting the 18 rapids
of the Zambezi River on the border of Zimbabwe was better than advertised. But in
the end, the animal drives became the high point for me. Never did I ever think I’d look
for wild lions by flashlight in Botswana. The accommodations were all first rate until we went into the bush. Even then it was comfortable. I was able to take so many pictures of all the sights and animals we encountered.
