02 Day | July 26, Street Art & City Discovery

Oaxaca Discovery

Meet for breakfast (included)

Breakfast at the hotel. Guided walking tour focused on Oaxaca’s vibrant street art, hidden alleys, and historic old town. Afternoon free to explore local markets, galleries, or enjoy a leisurely mezcal tasting.

03 Day | July 2627, Chocolate Coffee & Guelaguetza

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning tasting experience featuring locally grown chocolate and coffee with sweet or savory pastries. In the afternoon, walk to the Guelaguetza Festival venue and witness traditional dances, costumes, and music that bring centuries-old stories to life.

04 Day | July 28, Hierve el Agua & Mezcal

Early departure to Hierve el Agua for a picnic-style breakfast. Hike along ancient trails and enjoy a swim in the natural mineral springs. Learn the site’s legends and pre-Hispanic irrigation channels. Continue to a master mezcalero’s home, walk through agave fields, learn the differences between ancestral and artisanal methods, and enjoy a mezcal tasting and traditional lunch before returning to the city.

05 Day | July 29, Sunset in Teotitlán del Valle

Breakfast at the hotel. Travel to Teotitlán del Valle, a Zapotec village known for its weaving traditions and vibrant market. Visit a candle-making workshop and enjoy a Zapotec meal. End the day with a sunset hike up Cerro Picacho, a sacred mountain with panoramic views.

Day 06 | July 30, Spa Day & Free Time

Breakfast at the hotel. Relax and recharge with a 60-minute massage at the hotel’s spa. The rest of the day is yours to revisit your favorite shops, discover a new café, or simply enjoy Oaxaca’s peaceful plazas.

07 Day | July 31, Cuajimoloyas & Sierra Norte Hike

Breakfast picnic in Cuajimoloyas, a remote Zapotec community in the Sierra Norte. Guided 10 km forest hike through pine woods, wildflowers, and mountain vistas, crossing a hanging bridge and visiting local viewpoints. Enjoy a hearty community meal before returning to Oaxaca in the afternoon.

08 Day | August 1, Zapotec Village & Cooking Class

Breakfast at the hotel. Late morning departure to a Zapotec village. Visit the local market for ingredients, then learn traditional cooking techniques with a local cocinera. Make tortillas, mole, and fresh salsas, then share the meal together.

09 Day | August 2, Santiago Apoala Canyon & Waterfalls

Breakfast at the hotel. Full-day adventure to Santiago Apoala, a hidden Mixtec canyon with fresh springs, limestone cliffs, and turquoise pools. Hike to waterfalls, swim in the natural pools, and learn about Mixtec mythology. Picnic lunch and canyon views before returning to Oaxaca.

Day 10 | August 3, Monte Albán & Farewell Dinner
